Ordering Info
So you have fallen in love with one of our ready to ship items, our want to have something custom designed. What do you do next? Here are the steps for placing an order.
1. Step one - Place an email
You may send an email with your order to info@libertinasrevamp.com . Please state clearly what it is you are interested in, and note any special instructions you may have. If you are ordering a pre-made and ready to ship item, please list it as it is named on the website.
Example:
Greetings,
I would like to order a set of your fleece falls in canary
yellow. I would like them chest length. I do not care for the striped Burton
accents, so please leave those out.
I would also like to purchase the "Snowflake" handbag.

2. Step two - Wait for an email conformation
We ask that you wait for a conformation email BEFORE sending payment. Many of the items featured on Libertina's Revamp are one of a kind items. With internet sales being as fast as they are, items may sell and things may change with the click of a button. At Libertina's Revamp, we pride ourselves on customer communication. Confirming your order allows us to let you know shipping fees, availability, and accurate wait times, as well as keep you up to date on pricing and any running sales.
3. Step three - Pay for your order
Upon receiving your conformation email, you will be prompted for payment. Our prefered method of payment is Paypal. You may review our F.A.Q. for other forms of payment. (All sales are based on the knowledge that clients have read thoroughly through the F.A.Q.)
Pre-made, ready to ship items must be paid in full prior to the order being shipped. For custom orders, a deposit of at least half must be paid before we begin the product. Custom orders may also be paid in full up front, and will expedite the process. Once you order is completed, we will contact you for the balance on the item.
All balances must be paid prior to shipping the order. Photos of the order will be provided upon request. An email will be sent out letting you know your item has been shipped out, and tracking numbers given where applicable.
4. Step four - I received my order, am I done?
Here at Libertina's Revamp, we love to hear feedback from our clients. If you would, we ask that you please send us back any feedback, comments, or questions you may have. You may even see your words in our customer gallery.
