Until we get our official shopping cart up and running, you may order by emailing info@libertinasrevamp.com. Be sure to write out your order in complete detail. Please wait until you receive a conformation email from us before you place your payment.
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. You may send payments to our paypal at sylvankitty@yahoo.com . We can also accept personal checks and money orders. Message us for more details.
Some clients have asked us if we will accept cash via snail mail. This is a touchy subject for us, as we really do not think this method of payment may be very reliable. If you have no other way of making a payment, you may send cash thru the mail AT YOU OWN RISK. Libertina’s Revamp will not be responsible for lost and missing money through the postal service. Products paid for this way will not be shipped out until cash in received. We will keep you informed on the status of your order. Another payment method, however, is still recommended.
At this time we do not accept direct credit card payments.
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to do custom orders before a down payment on the item has cleared. A deposit of 50 percent is required to start any design. After the order is completed, we will ship the item out after the amount due is paid. Pictures can be sent to you if you wish before the transaction is complete. Items purchased may be paid in full up front if you wish, and this will naturally expedite the process. All pre-made designs must be paid for up front and in full, and will be shipped out immediately.
I can ship anywhere, as long as the shipping cost is paid by the client. Average American postage for a purse is $5.00. Shipping to the UK is $8.00. If you are in another country we can find out what postage would be for you.
Libertina’s Revamp wants nothing more than to uphold our reputation for customer satisfaction and have clients happily toting about our wares. If you are unsatisfied in anyway, please contact us and we will be more than happy to try to resolve any issue you may have. We stand by our products, and will replace defective items for up to thirty days.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, a full refund is not possible on custom orders. If you are unsatisfied to the point of returning the merchandise, a partial refund will be given, but a fee for materials used will be retained.
